Chef/Owner Danny and Rose Badillo

The 7th Street Station Grill, a popular Fort Worth eatery for the past four years, has moved a few blocks north of their old location and been renamed M&O Station Grill. That's "M" for Marvin and "O" for Obie as in the Leonard brothers, well known for that Fort Worth icon, Leonard's Department Store. The restaurant adjoins the Leonard's Department Store Museum and M&O owner Rose and her husband Chef Danny Badillo wanted to show their appreciation for their good neighbor, Marty Leonard and also to building owner, Jimmy Jenkins for their part in helping make "M&O" happen.

The Badillo's are "hands on" restaurant owners with Chef Danny giving every recipe the very best flavor and assuring the highest quality, traits that were acquired during 24 years as sous-chef at Fort Worth's prestigious Petroleum Club. Rose is the smiling lady greeting all of her guests and making menu suggestions while taking their orders. The 50's style setting throughout makes the restaurant feel like home and outside you'll find umbrella shaded tables for dining on the patio.

Everything on the menu is delicious but you have to try one of the 8 different M&O old-fashioned burgers topped with Chef Danny's famous burger sauce! You might just leave saving "this is one of the best burgers I've ever had". The California and Bleu Cow burgers are the Editor's Choice. But wait, there's more. There are soups, salads, and each day two plate lunches are offered (call ahead to find out about today's special). The plate lunch menu can consist of; Chicken Fried Steak, Mozzarella Meatloaf, Fried Tilapia, Stuffed Pork Chops, Chicken Fried Chicken Jalapeño, Grilled Chicken Alfredo and the list goes on.

M&O Specialties
You have to try our old-fashioned homemade milkshakes with a dash of cinnamon in a variety of flavors: vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Also serving homemade caramel cinnamon apple pie, warm double chocolate brownie or creamy vanilla banana pudding. All guaranteed to put a smile on your face! For those watching calories, and M&O understands and wants to help. So try any house recipe burger on a bed of fresh tossed romaine salad with dressing sans bun and fries. Same great great M&O flavor with a whole lot less calories.....

M&O Station Grill also offers catering service and box lunches. Private parties can be accommodated in the back dining room. Call Rose at 817-882-8020 for more information about catering or reserving the dining room for your group or party.

Owner Rose and her husband Danny make M&O Station Grill a Fort Worth Cultural District dining destination 'where no one goes home hungry!'
